Still struggling and so hard to find closure... Thank you Michael for crawling into my heart and find that special place.. i will always keep you there...luv and miss soo much! RIP... Medina L.O.V.E

I was supposed to give out flyers for the Première, here in Madrid, where i'm currently living for tthe This is not it campaign but at the very end the guys here had to give up as there were only the 3 of us available.
I wanted to go alone, peacefully and willing to explain to whoever would have listened.
I had peace in my heart but i was also nervous, so nervous that i misread the name of the street from Fuencarral to Funeralcar.
Once i get there i realized that it wasn't fair, after all, to represent alone a group i hadn't created myself. So i stood outside the cinema, almost 2 hours staring at the poster like an idiot.
Inside the cinema, they told me, they were doing some dance, flash mobs and stuff. 2 mins to the movie.
I just entered the hall and since everybody there wasn't really giving a damn, i went very smoothly upstairs and in a moment was in.
I sat on the floor. I could see in the screen Jackie and Marlon, as they were connected with the red carpet in LA. It looked like a party, like any other première and it was not the same to me there. Not at all. I started crying. I didn't want to, but couldn't control it.
The security guy was about to tell me something but when he looked at me he went like, ok ok.
Must say the public in Madrid was quite cold.
So it was Michael and me.
I can't really say if they used doubles or edited the movie. It was Michael to me and he looked thin. But I'm not going into this now.
He was an ARTIST, we know him! OF COURSE he would create, decide, care of any detail and sing and dance till he could. I saw him gentle as always and blessed with his usual sweet and smart sense of humour.
He was going to prepare a great show, really great. So touching to see the enthusiasm of the dancers and of the musicians.
What's beautiful, exciting, funny, sweet, genius in this movie it's Michael. Those guys have collected stuff, but to be honest i expected them to do it in a different way, more "sensational" more "show". You can have a view of the greatness of what is was going to show us but I was quite surprised by the cozy atmosphere the vision was giving to me.
I saw it. It just happened and i wasn't really expecting that but i just let things to be. It happened and this is it.
I feel pretty much drained and exhausted. I have to many feelings so deal with, so really stop for tonight, just stop, gathering my very last words for a prayer and go to sleep trying to fix his last jokes in my mind.
Good night World, Good Night Genevieve, Good Night Michael xxx
I've seen it twice and it made me miss him even more..I know I will never have closeure. Michael and his music was always an escape for me. He was indeed so magical and creative and passionate. His death has left a void but his message and his generosity and loving spirit will always remain in the hearts of those who loved him. His music will always make me smile, cry and dance. In his memory we should step out and help our fellow man. May God keep your family Genevieve and keep Michael's three children Prince,Paris and Blanket safe and loved. Liane*
Just seen the movie and I need to write about it. I have mixed feelings about it all. First, I was excited, I was expecting to see it. What I've seen is Michael doing a great job as always. He was perfection, trully a genious. Each move, each note, everything. This Is It was meant to be the greatest show we've ever seen.
But while I was watching, I felt sad and the only thing I could think about was I wish This Is It was not true. That would mean he would be still with us.
And I felt proud and sorry,as well. He rehearsed too much just to get everything perfect, for us. So we are fortunate to have him thinking of us. He loved us, as much as we love him.
But the most incredible part is the great person he was. Nice, caring... Love just to hear him talk.
When I got home, I could just cry and blame myself and my selfishness. I felt sorry, because, me too, wanted to see him live. I was excited when I heard about the shows. But now, I really know I just wanted him alive. I did not want more new songs or shows. Just him.
I know he is still with us. I can feel him everyday. He left us a great message, an aim that we must achieve. Let's do it for Mike.
The most beautiful heart was his. I miss him so much, and when I feel tears in my eyes, I can hear him tell me I love you more...
Michael, you will never be forgotten. We love you most and will spread your message. Thank you for everything you taught us. Thank you for being part of our lives. And thank you for being just you, our lovely Michael.
Genevieve, thank you for this blog. Hope you read this. As much as we loved Michael, we love the Jackson Family. We will always support you. As Michael said, we are all a family. Prince, Paris, Blanket... love you so much.
I've seen This Is It many times already and each time I notice something new. What is always there is Michael's patience, understanding, caring, commitment, and love. I love his humor and his smile. I love his hard work, dedication, and perfectionism. It showed us fans how much he loved us. He wanted to give us the most memorable show ever. And it would have been. I know there are lots of mixed feelings with this movie. I have them myself. I love seeing him up there teaching, learning, rehearsing and giving his all. And for a moment in time I can pretend that he is still alive and with us. And then the credits roll and the film is dedicated to his beautiful children and my heart jumps right back into my throat and I am reminded once again that he is gone.
I’ve had the Jackson family entertaining me my entire life and find it difficult to imagine the rest of my life without Michael. I remember the cartoon and the commercials and the TV Show …. the music, the concerts, the videos, the zippered leather jacket, the glove, the taped fingers, the moonwalk, Motown and Epic and Sony. Between the Jackson 5, Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson….I’ve just always been listening to Jackson music. (Even LaToya and Rebbie and 3T) Michael always will have a special place in my heart because he was always my favorite…the one I wanted to play with…have water balloon fights with…and play hide and seek with…and eventually marry and have children with. Well, we all have dreams, right?
I pray for peace and closure for you and your family. I hope that justice is served. And although justice will not bring Michael back, I pray that it helps you all to heal. My heart simply breaks for Mother Katherine and the children. My love to you and all of the Jackson family. God Bless.
Today, I finally went to see "This Is It." Earlier, I was determined not to go because it is disturbing that those responsible for Michael's death are still free and walking the streets.
However, I am glad I went to see it. I viewed the film in wonderment, while I smiled, laughed, and even grooved to the music/dance numbers the entire time. The movie was beautifully put together. The only tears for me came at the final number, because it really WAS it for Michael -- and that, to me, is criminal.
Someone needs to be arrested and convicted for killing Michael -- AND SOON.
May God continue to comfort your family, and bring the actions and deeds of all guilty parties to light. He can do it.
I agree with you. I LOVED this movie. Of course, as a longtime MJ fan I wanted to see it no matter what, but I was pleasantly surprised by how positive, uplifting and inspirational it was. I brought my mom and kids for a second viewing and they loved it too. The movie showed so well what a kind, disciplined and talented man MJ was and also highlighted the passion for the music, dance and performance that MJ shared with his cast and crew. I liked the way it also showcased the work of the musicians, dancers and others who were also extremely talented. Can't wait to see it again on DVD. It's a real feel-good movie.
